We worked with Nikki during the height of the pandemic when we were feeling stuck and falling into old, unhealthy patterns of neglecting our health. Her no-nonsense approach and practical advice made such a huge difference during a really hard time. The external motivation and accountability practices she provided led us to eating better, exercising more, sleeping better and being more mindful of our daily routines. Nikki brings a lifetime of experience right to your kitchen. I'm talking science-backed health experience, nutritional knowledge, culinary expertise and a kind of spiritual grounding that delivers it all in an encouraging way that feels good. Be prepared to work though, she will give you a lot of things to reflect on and methods for transformation. We worked together for about 6 months and the cool thing is, she gave me a way to work the program on my own after we finished. She even came and set up my kitchen and pantry! If you have health problems, are unhappy with your weight and hide depression and anxiety like me, you're in the right place.

Oh Nikki! Thank you so much!! I met you several times in your cafe with my 2 little girls (and they asked me after you chatted so sweetly with them if you were an angel✨). There was such a beautiful energy to you! No doubt you’ve brought that with you to NYC. I know from following your story through the years that you have struggled with health stuff, too, and I really appreciate the way you seem to view food and life. It really uplifts me when I am feeling down about stuff. Food seems to be one of the most powerful ways to influence the way I feel, and I just want to thank you for showing me that. These past few years I’ve not been eating as well, (I think because I’ve not been feeling as well.. which is a bit of a cycle!), so yesterday I thought I’d give it a new effort, inspired by your beautiful cooking. Thank you again for being such a wonderful, magical person. And I can’t say thank you enough for the recipes to come!
